Responsible for the Norway business at one of the world's leading executive search and board services firms, with a focus on the industrial sector.
Regional Director
Subject-matter lead for recruitment and assessment in Norway. DNV-certified recruiter, responsible for test methodology and psychometric tools (Assessio, Cut-e, SHL and others). Led recruitment for several of the company's largest clients across commercial and leadership roles. Responsible for selecting and implementing a new ATS system.
Manager Executive Search
Candidate assessment, search and recruitment advisory for an international specialist recruitment firm operating across 13 countries. Certified in SHL/CEB, Cut-e, Assessio and Profiles International.
Partner
Partner at a global executive search firm with over 40 offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific, specializing in senior leadership recruitment.
Country Manager Professional Services Norway
Responsible for training and certification courses across SHL's product range (including OPQ32). Helped clients optimize recruitment processes and make company values measurable in hiring.
Country Manager Nordics
Responsible for the Norway operation, including P&L, budgets and forecasts. Built the business from the ground up to 16 employees, with offices in Oslo and Stavanger — consistently exceeding forecast budgets.
Regional Director
Responsible for Manpower's largest business unit in Norway, with a budget of approximately NOK 600 million and 120 employees. Led a restructuring toward a leaner organization and received the "Best Sales Project Implementation" award in EMEA in 2005.
Managing Director
Founded and ran a recruitment company specializing in the IT sector, growing it to as many as 12 employees.
